This large red potli bag is made from pure cotton with kantha stitch embroidery worked entirely by hand — the running stitch moving across the cloth in the traditional rhythm of Eastern Indian needlework, creating motifs of flowers, birds, and geometric forms in thread.
What makes this potli different from a standard potli is the size. At 22 cm × 22 cm it is significantly larger than most — large enough to carry your phone, wallet, keys, and essentials comfortably, and large enough to use as a jewellery or accessory pouch for an overnight trip.
